HYROX pace calculator

Rox Pace is a HYROX race planner that turns 1,000,000+ public finishes into split targets and a race-day plan.

How the HYROX pace calculator works

Built on 1,000,000+ public HYROX finishes. Percentiles use the current snapshot of 1,481,522 finishes from 212 events across seasons 7, 8 and 9, generated 21 October 2026.

  1. Enter your splits. Set a time for each of the 8 × 1 km runs and the 8 workout stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmer's carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Because every run is exactly 1 km, each run time is also your HYROX running pace per km. Start from a preset if you don't know your splits yet.
  2. Count the Roxzone. Getting in and out of each station is part of every official finish time, so the planner adds 45 seconds per station by default. Adjust it to your own pace in the Roxzone so the projection matches the clock on race day.
  3. Read your projection. The calculator adds everything up into a projected finish time and cumulative checkpoint splits, then compares the total with real finish-time percentiles for your division to show where you would place, for example "Top 25%".

Percentiles are weighted across events, so one very fast or very slow race doesn't skew them. They cover every finisher, not only first-timers. See the full tables on the HYROX benchmarks page, or read the first HYROX guide to set realistic splits.

Load race time

Splits from published HYROX results. The race's Roxzone time is spread evenly over the stations, so the projected finish matches the official time. Run segments follow each venue's timing layout, so a single run can be shorter or longer than 1 km. Team relays aren't included.
