The questions everyone asks

What is Rox Pace?

Rox Pace is a HYROX race planner. It turns public race results into split targets for every run and station so you can plan a first race, a next race, or doubles.

What data is the plan based on?

Plans and benchmarks are built from publicly available HYROX finishes. This site's current snapshot covers 627,651 finishes across 119 events.

How do I plan my next HYROX from a last result?

Open the returning-athlete assessment and enter the splits from your last race. Rox Pace compares those splits with athletes who finish near your time and builds target splits for the next one.

What if I have not raced HYROX yet?

Use the first-timer assessment. Pick your division, age group and a goal finish time. The planner fills every run, station and transition from athletes who actually finished around that time.

How much does Rox Pace cost?

You can start free. Unlocking the full race report is a €1 one-time payment via Stripe, not a subscription. Same amount on /pricing.

Is there a subscription?

No. Rox Pace is free to start, then a one-time unlock. There is no monthly plan.

Do I need to create an account?

You can plan splits in the browser without an account. Plans you type into the simulator stay on your device unless you copy a share link. See privacy.
